On this day, we celebrated M&G Consulting’s 10th anniversary with some of our closest clients and collaborators. It was a truly special day and a great opportunity for us to simply say: thank you. Thank you for being part of our journey and for helping us grow over these first 10 years. What made it even more special was the feeling in the room; it didn’t feel like a business event at all, it felt like being surrounded by friends.
And that means everything to us.
From the very beginning, we’ve never wanted our clients to be “just clients” or our collaborators to be “just partners.” Our goal has always been to build real relationships and, hopefully, to have you become our biggest ambassadors. People who trust us, speak about us with pride, and truly feel part of what we’re building together. Looking around that day, we felt incredibly grateful because that’s exactly what it felt like.
We shared plenty of stories; especially those funny (and very real!) cultural moments that happen when foreigners come to Spain to work. The different schedules, the long lunches, the famous “mañana,” and the energy of our meetings… We laughed a lot remembering how confusing ( and later how meaningful) those moments became. They’ve taught us so much about each other.
We also talked about our early days working with Swedish clients. Those first projects came with a lot of learning: adapting to a different way of working, appreciating the structure, the punctuality, the straightforward communication. Over time, what started as business relationships turned into something much stronger. Today, our connection with Sweden is a big part of who we are as a company.
One of the most heartfelt parts of the day was being able to thank each of you personally for your trust over the years. We truly mean it: we wouldn’t be here without you. Every project, every recommendation, every shared challenge has helped shape M&G Consulting into what it is today.
We wrapped up the celebration with a cocktail, continuing the conversations, sharing more laughs, and simply enjoying the moment. No rush, no formalities; just good people, good energy, and a toast to many more years working together.
We walk away from this 10th anniversary feeling proud, grateful, and just as excited as we were on day one. Thank you for being part of our story, and for continuing to grow with us.
